Reliance CDMA BlackBerry Tour smartphone in Indian Market prebooking starting Oct 07

We would have not forget or regret, Reliance done really a revolution in bringing out mobile network as what it planned with CDMA based network earlier, mostly widen up the ratio of Mobile users directly or indirectly especially in India, now while various mobile manufacturing companies which had directed their view over Indian market, lining up with their respective devices. Reliance Mobile is also entering with CDMA based Blackberry Tour on its network in India.

Reliance has announced the launch the CDMA based Blackberry, latest CDMA will be continued to be sold along with its predecessors -- the BlackBerry Curve 8330, BlackBerry Pearl 8130, BlackBerry 8703 and BlackBerry 8830, allowing India’s corporate users to get better coverage than existing GSM. A CDMA BlackBerry and now Reliance will be offering the BlackBerry 8830 for Rs 33,990 on their shiny new network.

The BlackBerry Tour is a high-end CDMA smartphone with a host of multimedia functionalities as well as support for email, social networking and a wide variety of other mobile applications. The phone will be available nationally from Oct. 12 for Rs. 27,990.

As a special promotion from Reliance Mobile for pre-booking customers, users will be able to enjoy two months of free BlackBerry Internet Service on Reliance Mobile's CDMA network.

Google Microsoft Bidding War Continues!

As we all know that Google and Microsoft both went for Yahoo recently. The both big leaders in IT sector is keen to acquire more companies. As the competition is bigger the big deal also goes bigger. Now their Bidding eye turns to Digg the social book marking site. Techcrunch reports that Google, our source says, will likely bid $200-$225 million, which Digg would likely accept.

The deal made by Microsoft is lower than that of Google but Microsoft already has 3yrs advertising deal with digg and it also said that the most of the revenue generated from it. This bidding deal story was soon denied by Digg CEO Jay Adelson is calling this post “completely inaccurate”. The interesting thing is that only a few days before Yahoo started the similar Digg site called Yahoo Buzz . Anyway the bidding war between the big giant IT companies is expecting to get more heat….
