AMD Launches The Fastest Graphics Card - ATI Radeon HD 5970 !

This is the fastest discrete standalone card in the world. The name of the card is ATI Radeon HD 5970; the card integrates two graphics processing units (GPU) for a total of 4.3 billion transistors. At the same time, it features 3,200 stream processing units and 160 texture units and tiny individual processors for accelerating graphics and the card supports Microsoft's DirectX 11 to speed up graphics in Windows 7. The card 5970 will ship in Area-51 ALX and Aurora desktops from Dell's Alienware unit and allow "massive overclocking," according to AMD.
Overlocking lets users to ratchet up chip speeds beyond the card’s specified rating. The unequaled capabilities of the device ATI Radeon HD 5970 will be enabled by the unique design of the card that features advanced fan and vapor chamber technologies and a fully vented exhaust to keep the card cool. By driving up to three displays at once you can achieve the maximum resolution of 7680 x 1600.

Google Microsoft Bidding War Continues!

As we all know that Google and Microsoft both went for Yahoo recently. The both big leaders in IT sector is keen to acquire more companies. As the competition is bigger the big deal also goes bigger. Now their Bidding eye turns to Digg the social book marking site. Techcrunch reports that Google, our source says, will likely bid $200-$225 million, which Digg would likely accept.

The deal made by Microsoft is lower than that of Google but Microsoft already has 3yrs advertising deal with digg and it also said that the most of the revenue generated from it. This bidding deal story was soon denied by Digg CEO Jay Adelson is calling this post “completely inaccurate”.
