As one of the finest features of Gmail, you will be able to add attachments using drag and drop method. Therefore, you can also insert images into a message. Unfortunately, this feature works only in Google Chrome and it will be added to Firefox as well. However, we are not sure that this is the first Gmail feature that works only in Google Chrome. If you want to use this feature, ensure that you’re using the Google Chrome and Gmail’s rich text mode. First, compose a new message; open your favorite file manager then find a photo and then drag it to the Gmail Message.
However, you can drag only one photo at a time. After inserting the image, you can resize it and adjust its position as you like. At the same time, Gmail has a Labs feature for inserting images and that works fine with all of the Web Browsers. Still, it is less convenient to insert images.
